Meeting Relevant NERC CIP-003-09 (Section 6) Cybersecurity Standards with a Simple and Secure OT User Access Platform
The North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards are the mandatory security standards that apply to entities that own or manage facilities that are part of the U.S. and Canadian electric power grid. NERC CIP-003-09 (Cyber Security – Security Management Controls) defines “consistent and sustainable security management controls that establish responsibility and accountability to protect Bulk Electric System (BES) Cyber Systems against compromise that could lead to mis operation or instability in the BES.”
